Edo guber: Oshiomhole heads 256-member APC campaign council

The Edo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has released a 256-member State Campaign Council list. A former governor of the state and senator representing Edo North, Adams Oshiomhole, is the council’s chairman. In a statement on Wednesday, the acting State Chairman of the party, Jarrett Tenebe, said that Matthew Urhoghide would be serving as the Director-General of the campaign council. Other notable members of the council include the Deputy Governor of the state, Philip Shaibu, and several members of the State House of Assembly. The council is tasked with coordinating the party’s activities and strategies for the upcoming elections in the state. Oshiomhole expressed confidence in the council’s ability to deliver victory for the APC in Edo State, emphasizing the importance of unity and hard work in achieving success. The council is set to begin its campaign activities in the coming weeks, with a focus on engaging with voters and promoting the party’s agenda for the state.
