Full List: Shocking Price Increase for DStv & GOtv Packages

Multi choice made an announcement on Monday, February 24, 2025, on plans to increase prices of DStv and GOtv subscription starting from 1st of March 2025. The announcement was made by the CEO, John Ugbe, via an email to its customers. He stated economic factors as the major contributor to increase in operational costs.

This announcement followed a similar hike in prices in May 2024, which was acclaimed to inflation and rising costs of operations. The hike is pushing on despite the report made by the firm last year about the decline in subscribers across its services.

Subscribers have been kicking and lamenting since the announcement was made.
